Buddleia, Windy Hill #3 Container

Fragrant, showy, panicles of lilac-pink flowers with orange eyes emerge above greyish-green foliage. A hardier and longer blooming selection of buddleia. Cut back to ground in early spring to promote new growth. Winter protection recommended.
