A 1969 University of Minnesota introduction. A hybrid cross of Golden Delicious and Haralson. This variety produces medium to large golden-yellow fruit with a crisp texture and a sweet, honey-like flavor. Best picked when red-hue and spots emerge. Keeps well when properly stored.
